The Neurovana Psychiatric Treatment Model

Implement a structured, evidence-based CES care protocol that delivers measurable outcomes and sustainable practice revenue. The device supports the model. The model is the product.

Implement the Neurovana Treatment Model

Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) works — but works even better when offered as part of a structured program. Neurovana provides the complete implementation framework: protocols, training, billing guidance, and ongoing support.

The 7-Visit Protocol (12-Week Clinical Model)

Week 0: Initial Evaluation - Session 1

Initial evaluation, baseline symptom assessment, patient education, and treatment planning.

Week 1: Loading Phase - Session 2

Review initial use, reinforce patient education, assess comfort with the device, and address any early questions or barriers.

Week 2: Loading Phase - Session 3

Assessment of subjective patient experience and symptom improvements. Continue to reinforce education and importance of loading phase for optimal outcomes. Troubleshoot barriers as appropriate according to each patient’s experience.

Week 3: Loading Phase - Session 4

Continue to encourage consistent use for optimal outcomes.

Week 4: Loading Phase - Response Assessment - Session 5

Review patient response, assess treatment consistency, evaluate symptom progress, and determine next steps based on patient experience.

Week 8: Optimization - Session 6

Review progress, optimize treatment use as appropriate, reinforce consistency, and support continued symptom improvement.

Week 12: Evaluation & Continuation Planning - Session 7

Evaluate patient progress, review treatment response, and plan appropriate continuation or maintenance strategy.

Why 7 visits minimum? Clinical data has demonstrated that patients experience the greatest benefits during the initial 12 weeks of CES use. This model helps patients maximize clinical gains. Revenue projections are based on this 7-visit structure, generating $1,125-$3,800 per patient through billable CPT codes (99205, 99214, 90833). Reimbursement rates vary by payer and provider type.
