The 7-Visit Protocol (12-Week Clinical Model)

Week 0: Initial Evaluation - Session 1

Initial evaluation, baseline symptom assessment, patient education, and treatment planning.

Week 1: Loading Phase - Session 2

Review initial use, reinforce patient education, assess comfort with the device, and address any early questions or barriers.

Week 2: Loading Phase - Session 3

Assessment of subjective patient experience and symptom improvements. Continue to reinforce education and importance of loading phase for optimal outcomes. Troubleshoot barriers as appropriate according to each patient’s experience.

Week 3: Loading Phase - Session 4

Continue to encourage consistent use for optimal outcomes.

Week 4: Loading Phase - Response Assessment - Session 5

Review patient response, assess treatment consistency, evaluate symptom progress, and determine next steps based on patient experience.

Week 8: Optimization - Session 6

Review progress, optimize treatment use as appropriate, reinforce consistency, and support continued symptom improvement.

Week 12: Evaluation & Continuation Planning - Session 7

Evaluate patient progress, review treatment response, and plan appropriate continuation or maintenance strategy.
